Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your email mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can forward emails from one email box account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply choose the electronic mail account you want to redirect messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
